A sweet rockinghorse and fun with sticks

I like taking photographs that help to preserve the memory of the things and the places that are special to a family.  They help speak of the essence of that family.

Mitchell's mum asked me to take a photograph of him on the rockinghorse that his grandfather had made.  She told me that would be really special for his grandfather.  I hope that one day that they will be really special for Mitchell too.

We then travelled to a park that Mitchell and his dad like to play at and we had an awesome afternoon.   Mitchell likes to play with sticks... he likes to build with them, fish with them, charge full steam ahead with them!   So of course, we got a lot of photos with sticks in them!
