Baby Krystal

I got to meet tiny baby Krystal when she was 3 weeks old.   At three weeks of age this beautiful little girl was still smaller than my boy was on the day he was born.  I was in awe at just how massive her teeny tiny little singlet looked on her!

A close call

When I went to take maternity photos for Ashleigh and Brendon we had no idea just how fine we had left the timing of this session!  Their beautiful baby girl was born early only a matter of days later.  I always find it amazing looking at photos of a pregnant belly and then looking at photos of a newborn... it's hard to believe that they once lived in there!

Newborn photos to follow this post shortly!  ;-)

The Way I View | Fatherhood

I was in year 5 and I bit into my jam sandwich.  For some reason I couldn't take a bite and upon opening it up I discovered that my father had written me a note, wrapped it in plastic and put it in my sandwich.   It simply said, "Got you Ollie".

My father is a fan of the silly and the absurd.

My partner Kevin and I took our children for a trip to a gorgeous place called 'Walkabout Creek' and my daughter Freya took a huge liking to two very ugly sleepy cod in the wildlife centre who she promptly named Bert and Bob.

Kevin is a fan of the silly and the absurd.

So before I knew it they were inventing grand stories together about the ugly fish talking to each other and how they in fact like to make fun of the ugly humans who walk past and stare into their tank.   On our bushwalk we came across an ampitheatre and it was the perfect opportunity for Freya and Kevin put on a little play.   They also had to check under the bridge for Bunyips.  As you do. Freya delights in their antics together.  I am delighted that Kevin fosters this.

Hope you enjoy x
